Just wanted to thank Luke and Hugh who have been really reassuring, honest and helpful while we made a decision about purchasing the car. Buying an Aston Martin is an enormous financial decision. Luke and Hugh understood this and we were left to look at the car at our own leisure without any pressure whatsoever, letting the car sell itself to us! When we did want to ask questions Luke answered the questions in a very straight forward and honest way. When it came to the test drive, Luke spent time to get us comfortable with the controls and precautions for this very powerful car and eased our nerves before taking it for a drive. And what a superb car to drive. Comfortable, smooth, and fantastic thrill when you are brave enough to push the pedal a bit harder! Hugh was also able to explain its history and servicing which was really comforting. Very knowedgeable about the product, the car itself and we felt the team was always looking to help us secure the best advice and deal to suit our needs. Felt really valued as a customer!

Recently had my car serviced and MOT'd at Grange Aston Martin Hatfield. Received great service & support from Wayne and the other staff and had the added benefit of enjoying their state of the art showroom and breadth of product on display not to mention knowledgeable input whilst I waited. Hugh Azmi was fantastic, did not feel under pressure in anyway to buy the vehicle but his knowledge and expertise plus his personal touch to detail was immense. So helpful and has continued to be after the sale has been brilliant.
